Life Insurance Cover

• Special life insurance cover for Pan Asia Bank Credit Cardholders in partnership with Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation (SLIC). Terms and Conditions of the life insurance cover are as follows,

• Life Insurance Application Form and Health Declaration Form
• Eligible Age 18-69 (If the cardholder is more than 60 years of age, a Heath Declaration should be submitted)
• Suicide exclusion will apply during the first year of cover from the date of enrolment.
• If cardholder is having following pre-existing ailments, the coverage will commence only after first 12 months from enrollment. (Cancer, Myocardial Infarction, Stroke, Coronary Artery Surgery, Renal Failure, Major Organ Transplant, Paralysis, Chronic Liver Disease, Chronic Lung Disease, Benign Brain Tumor)
